YOGA

I love yoga, therefore I teach.

Vinyasa

A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath.

 

I love to teach creative dynamic flow that help student connect their pose with breath.

Hatha

A non-vinyasa based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Wheel

Wheel yoga combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine.

Acro/Couple

Acro yoga is full of fun. It requires working directly with other people. It turns adults into child like monkeys who laugh and giggle and roll around whether the tricks have worked or not.

I’m not teaching regular classes at the moment.

However, I’m available for private or semi-private yoga sessions in Cantonese.
